Just what we needed. Came in a handy storage bag that you just connect to the bean bag via velcro then pour in and if you don't use it all it all stays safe and sound in its storage.

Second time ordering a bean bag refill. This time I ordered 2 refills bags. One arrived absolutely fine and like the initial one I had ordered. The second one arrived with the internal bag burst. As soon as I opened the outer bag, the beans fell all over the floor. Turns out the stitching hadn’t been completed properly at the manufacturing stage, so the beans were free to fall all over the place. I’ve tried to communicate with Gameover on Instagram and I’m getting silly replies that state the same thing over and over, as well as asking me to explain the situation multiple times. I keep getting the “you don’t need the outer bag once you’ve refilled it” my query isn’t about the outer bag. I’ve sent pictures and chased it up multiple times and keep getting the same responses that look like they’ve been written by AI. I’ve used Gameover a lot over the years. I have the bean ban, foot stool, cushion and blanket. I have always found the products to be of good quality but the customer service is shocking.

Easy to refill the bean bag! I bought the bean bag size refill and we had second bag that was left over, which was perfect as it now is a foot stool because of the way the refills are packed. It’s great and would definitely repurchase when required

Bought refill balls for my gaming chair.
They can in a square pouffe type container.
Thought they would just be in a bog standard plastic bag.
Love the pouffe style square I have been using it as a seat and foot and have not actually refilled my gaming chair.

Not quite sure how I leave a review of polystyrene balls but here goes. Great when the chair starts to go flat. Arrived quickly and easy(ish) to refill with the Velcro to connect to the chair. Just make sure both parts are connected or you’ll be clearing up the spillages until the end of time.
